Xbox One/Xbox 360 most popular Black Friday consoles at Target,Walmart

Xbox One and Xbox 360 reportedly accounted for 61% of all console purchases at target and Walmart over the Thanksgiving sales weekend.

The statistic comes courtesy of InfoScout, which credits the Xbox platform success to the limited availability of PlayStation 4 stock as well as Walmart’s $99 Xbox 360 deal on Black Friday.

The PS3 and PS4 both managed to score 15% of the market, giving Sony about half of Microsoft’s market share during the sales.

The Wii U and Wii definitely trailed the pack with 6% and 1% market share respectively.

Aue Not surprised, the xbox one is more popular than the ps4 for whatever reason


I think it is more popular because it was most popular in the last gen. So more people owned the 360 than ps3 so they just put down the extra money to continue playing with their friends on a console more similar to the 360

This actually kind of surprises me as well. I guess people are buying them for nostalgia now that the Xbox 360 is now last generation


I would still play WaW today if they could get all of the annoying mods out.
I can't join a lobby without getting someone no clipping with god mode.


When i tried playing W@W there was no one playing it /: i tried playing zombies and it took me 13 min just to join a lobby O-o
