Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition confirmed for Xbox One, PS4

As an ad on Spike's VGX site suggested earlier today, Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition is scheduled for a shipwreck on the PS4 and Xbox One in January 28. The Definitive Edition will include improved visuals, including TressFX, and all of the previously released multiplayer DLC. It will not support 3D visuals like the PC version. Definitive Edition is a collaborative effort between Crystal Dynamics, Nixxes and United Front Games. It's also already available for pre-order on Amazon.

Ports of this year's Tomb Raider reboot were hinted at last month when Xbox One and PS4 versions were listed on Brazil's rating board. At that time, Amazon Italy also briefly hosted a PS4 listing for the Definitive Edition.

another great game one of my favorite series i still got the original 3 for the playstation

Pretty much just better graphics from what i have seen. I would of liked them to add some extra stuff as an incentive to actually re-buy the game though

Ahh, for all the people asking if this will he released on the Xbox 360 & PS3... It already has. This is a graphically enhanced version of the game that will be available for the Xbox One & PS4 exclusively. The shocker here is that this is actually way better looking than the PC Version on Ultra and that's because they have completely rebuilt the game on an enhanced version of the original game engine. As of now like I stated above this is a Next-Gen Console Exclusive so iy won't be available on PC or current gen systems.

Lol too funny. The game is already out for PS3 and Xbox 360... The trailer is showing off the same game but better graphics to play on next gen consoles.

It is a CURRENT GEN upgrade lol. Not for past gen.


Havn't you noticed that Xbox one and PS4 is Current gen now and xbox 360 and ps3 is last gen now ^_^
