CoD: Ghosts gets Extinction Double XP Weekend

Call of Duty: Ghosts is currently hosting a double XP weekend in Extinction mode this weekend.

In effect from Friday until Sunday, December 15, the buff will offer players 100 per cent additional XP on matches of the game's co-op multiplayer Extinction mode.

The XP boost comes as part of what Activision is calling 'Extinction Day', marking a day of Extinction-focused official live streams airing today, Friday, December 13).

The live streams promise tips from experienced players on how to be good at the alien co-op mode, a Q&A with Infinity Ward developers and a "look at new features coming soon to Extinction".

lol cod is dead. I have played every cod since the very first every year. Coming from a guy who has always enjoyed cod till mw3. It is dead. Play bf4 instead (:

This sort of makes we want to buy the game. I miss the whole ranking up part of CoD.

I just don't miss all the other crap that came with it...

I wish I enjoyed playing Ghosts. Pretty sad that I am playing Black Ops 2 more then I have played Ghosts. RIP Call of Duty.
