PlayStation Plus February: free games supposedly leaked

4.7
PS Plus February is said to offer PS4 owners a free download of Red Barrels’ horror title Outlast, among others.

GamePointsNow says it has been shown a list of Sony’s February offering. It is said to include Outlast PS4, Bioshock Infinite and Metro Last Light on PS3, as well as Dynasty Warriors Next and Modnation Racers on PS Vita.

Do you reckon this list looks realistic? Let us know below.

Kura Can't believe people that are saying "It's like Xbox's Free With Gold" in the context that Xbox gave games for free, first. Sony gave games for free before Xbox did.

They're not giving them away for free though, if you cancel your subscription you don't keep them. You're renting them from Sony forcibly.

I didn't no that. And also Sony makes up fore the "renting" with better games.
But I'll stick to my xbox.

Australians They are giving away such great games, losing money tho.

You obviously do not understand marketing. Take TF2 for example. It is a free game, but the in-game purchases are still offered. Because it is a free game, more people are inclined to download it, therefore it increases the likelihood that someone will purchase the in-game items. This is what is expected (and what will happened) with these games.

That's how it works for most F2P games, or at least the good ones.

No, most F2P games are always Pay to Win. TF2, DOTA 2, games like that make all their money from in game purchases, they actually make more money in the long run than paid games. If they gave away a brand new game for a month such as CoD Ghosts or Battlefield 4 they'd lose a LOT of money then.

Hope to see some good games released then!

Most of these games are really awesome, especially Bioshock Infinite!

It's nice to see they are doing this, similar to Xbox's "Free with gold". Anyone will take a free game.
