50% of PS4 owners bought PS Plus

According to Sony's Chief Executive, two million plus PS4 owners have opted in to purchasing PlayStation Plus.

This was revealed during a investor call on Thursday, he was reluctant to offer specific numbers. He did state that there are now more than 150 million PSN accounts, how many of which are suspected to be duplicates was not commented on sadly.

Its not really a big deal. Its just a statistic that sony released about the PS4.

Axe Thats understandable. Not everybody buys the consoles to play online games. Thats still a lot of accounts though.


Yeah.. you also need to keep in mind that a lot of people may have multiple accounts.


Yea thats true but many people dont use there accounts they just sit there

Valor I am in the 50% who bought PS Plus, it was well worth the money.


Oh yeah, I never really thought too much of plus when I first got the ps3 and once they started giving out all of those free games I never turned back.

Some people also buy the as Netflix/Blu-Ray players aswell.


I have not met 1 person who has bought the system just for the blue ray.
