Tony Hawk developing new game with Activision

Activision is developing a new game in partnership with Tony Hawk, the publisher has confirmed.

Hawk, a professional skater who has starred in his own series of skateboarding games stretching back to 1999, revealed that he is "working on a game" during a recent radio show. "It's pretty cool," he said, without elaborating further.

Confirming the title, publisher Activision said in a follow-up statement, "Activision can confirm that they have something in the works with Tony Hawk.

"More info is coming soon," it told IGN.

It's unclear if the new game will be a Tony Hawk Pro Skater title or something else. The last THPS game released was 2012's Tony Hawk Pro Skater HD, a somewhat updated remake of the original 1999 PSone title.

It was developed by Robomodo and published by Activision.

Yeah me too, i really like how they're still making them. It brings back a lot of memories from playing tony hawk games personally.

As long as they dont mess it up bad like they did with the Downhill Jam game that used that stupid board as a controller.

If they made an Underground 3 id be freaking ecstatic. Underground 1 is one of my favorite games ever

Last time I played a skating game was back in the Playstation 2 days.
Haven't played one since. If this one gets good reviews, I might consider getting it alongside the Ps4.

Yeah Skate games are fun i played Skate 3 enjoyed it might pick this game up if its good.

I have got to agree on this
Although I do not particularly play skating games I find that underground was fairly good
