Xbox One Media Remote officially revealed for March launch

The remote will roll out in early March for $24.99 according to Major Nelson.

The device itself was officially revealed by Microsoft's Major Nelson via his blog at this address.

The device looks just like the one recently leaked via a Amazon Canada listing. All of the small remote's buttons glow in the dark, a true perk for gamers who dislike their friendly neighborhood lamp. It is complete with a dedicated back with OneGuide buttons while it is able to control TV and receive power and volume from the Kinect.

lol same thing i thought we already have connect and a controller this just seems like a ploy to squeeze more money out of us

I don't think 25$ for that is a bad price at all. If they sold it any lower, they would probably loose money on it.

I like the design of it and it would be handy for when i want to watch something and turn my controller off so i don't hit the controller on accident and it come off the movie or something so can be pretty handy
