Activision and Infinity Ward have let out the contents of their timed-exclusive Devastation on Thursday and is set to include four new competitive maps, a new episode of the Extinction co-op campaign, and a new weapon. The DLC includes four maps named Ruins, Behemoth, Collision, and Unearthed and they vary from small to medium in size. This content also adds to the game Extinction Episode 2: Mayday, it continues the story of the cryptic menace that adds a new aliens type and Venom X modifications.
The last notable addition is the "Ripper", it is a hybrid weapon that allows those who wield it to convert the weapon into either a SMG or assault rifle firing mode. Those who own a Call of Duty: Ghosts season pass have had access to the weapon as of last Thursday, all others have to wait til April.
Call of Duty: Ghosts' Devastation DLC shows up first for Xbox 360 and Xbox One on April 3rd.
I hate COD:ghosts. The campaign was shocking, extinctions shocking and dont like multiplayer on it either. i hate the squad points system, if i had to unlock good guns by leveling up i'd play it a lot more
Cincinnati To me, it only looks like they are focused on Extinction rather than the multiplayer in general.
That is true but at least they released a new gun. I saw some game play of the maps and they're actually not half bad. At least they're better than the other ones.
I saw some leaked pictures of the online maps and they looked pretty nice. I have been playing Ghosts quite a bit lately so I will probably end up purchasing it.
