PlayStation Home set to receive update this week

Forget playing Titanfall on your shiny Xbox One, get your PS3 out and load up PlayStation Home. PlayStation home is a PS3-only "Second Life" style mmo social game, it is soon be be updated to add support for PSN trophies according to PlayStation Europe Community Manager Chris Owen via Twitter.


Update 1.86 will add trophies to the more g rated version of Second Life worldwide on March 12, exacts details of the trophies are expected to be revealed upon launch. Regardless of how often Home continues to be updated there have been no confirmation of the service coming to PS4.

Agreed. Glad they're still focusing on the PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles and not completely abandoning it... yet.


THere s no way that they could just forget about the last gen consoles

too bad but it's not going to be out on PS4. they might change their mind later, but they stated they won't.


I think they might possibly consider doing it soon or in the future, but you never honestly know.

I got a PS3 in 2010 and have played PS Home since the very first day I got the console. It is hated by many hardcore gamers though because its not a game so they don't see why people are interested. It could be better admittedly but on the PS3 it was always going to be limited and when it comes to PS4 I can see it being so much better due to the power of the console is a lot more than the power of a PS3. This is great news, even more reason for me to play it more :D

Miss Thats pretty cool I guess. I never got into Home though I did make a character.


It's pretty good. You get to meet new people. That's why I love it.


That is pretty cool I was always into the Sims due to you get to control the outcome of a virtual person's life.
