Titanfall bans being issued to cheaters

Titanfall studio Respawn Entertainment has started banning cheaters.

Following confirmation that the studio has started to issue bans, developer Jon Shiring took to Twitter to explain that anti-cheat detection measures had been active since the launch of the game.

In early March Respawn said it was working hard to eliminate Titanfall cheaters: "Finding cheaters in Titanfall? So are we. We're logging them now and they will be rooted out shortly."

Titanfall debuted at No.1 on the UK all formats chart on Monday after enjoying the biggest launch of 2014 to date.

The game drove a 96 per cent increase in UK Xbox One sales during the week ended March 15.

Skreamies I'm looking at getting the Titanfall Xbox One + Forza 5. Just want to know are these cheaters on Xbox One or is it just PC?


pc only i'm pretty sure because I haven't seen any on xbox one


now don't quote me on this but earlier playing i found a guy i could shoot all day long and not kill them. they had 20+ pilot kills and and 0 deaths, i recorded it and need to upload it


I do this about every game... Doesn't mean he is cheating

i think its on both mate tbh
it's not possible to be on the xbox one at least
