Microsoft Store quietly running Xbox One game sale

It has come to light that the official Microsoft Store website has quietly started offering a selection of Xbox one game up to half off. Many of the title include bigger AAA hits such and Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and Battlefield 4 at 50% off, a full list of Xbox One games on sale can be found below.

Because all those games are X1 Games. But then again your question does make since. He doesn't have to play the console. But I'm pretty sure GS is aware of the sale going on.

You don't need to play them
You just buy them then sell them.
