Call of Duty: Ghosts Favela remake shown in new video

Activision has released a new video showing off another map from the latest DLC pack coming to Call of Duty: Ghosts.

This is the Favela map, a remake of the fan-favorite Modern Warfare 2 map of the same name. The video shows the map being played in Blitz.

Titled Invasion, the DLC will add four new small-to-medium sized multiplayer maps, including a refreshed version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2's Favela, plus a fresh mission for the Extinction co-op mode.

Invasion launches on Xbox 360 and Xbox One on June 3. It's available as part of the game's season pass, or on its own for £8.06 / $14.99. DLC packs typically release about a month later on PC and PlayStation consoles.

I kind of laughed at the competitive style commentary. Personally i dont like the map remakes they have been doing, if you want to revive the series how about making the whole game good instead of using add-ons that have maps from previous cods.

That gameplay looked horrible, commentary was horrible, the remake of the map looks shawdy and Ghosts itself is just plain awful. Nice attempt to bring CoD back but the series isn't coming back uphill yet.

I can't help but laugh when I watch this video they might as well have commentated a damn bot lobby that is how bad and slow the other team was lol.

The Newest DLC "Invasion" has to be about the best DLC Call of Duty: Ghost have released yet. All other ones are trash in my opinion. I am really liking the Favela remake. Brings back memories!

I definitely don't think it's worth to buy a game just for 1 map that will require you to buy DLC. If you want to play Favela and you don't have Ghosts you should definitely play MW2. And if you don't have MW2 it would still be a lot cheaper to buy it than having to buy Ghosts and a map pack.

Looks cool, but there were better maps from MW2 in my opinion.
I'd like to see a Highrise remake personally.

MW2 was the last good cod from infinity ward, I still have faith in the next Treyarch game but I'm done with IW after Ghosts.
