Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare trailer discusses story

Developer Sledgehammer Games has released a new Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare trailer focused on the making of the game's story.

Creative director Bret Robbins discusses the studio's "pedigree with storytelling", following its work on the original Dead Space and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.


The Sledgehammer developed shooter is said to be set in a plausible future, specifically the year 2054, and stars Kevin Spacey as main antagonist Jonathan Irons.

The first Call of Duty Advanced Warfare gameplay footage was shown during Microsoft's E3 press conference on Monday.

The Call of Duty Advanced Warfare release date is November 4 on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4 and PC.

All Call of Duty Advanced Warfighter DLC will be released first on Xbox platforms.

Same here! Need a new cod because im so bored with ghosts and every other one! Cant wait to get it.

Ive been a serious cod fanboy and ive been playing call of duty ever since the first one come out many years ago, and it was all good up until ghosts came out, ghosts is such a noob friendly game and takes no skill to play, now the look of advanced warfare just looks like another flop of a game. Ive always enjoyed the streaks ect of other cod games. I wont judge AW fully until I see multi player, but at a guess I dont think its going to be good.

I don't trust buying a 45GBP game from a franchise that has made two bad games in a row. I will however burn a copy for my flashed xbox.

This Trailer Looks Really Compelling But Honestly I Think Call Of Duty Plummeted. I Had Fun With The Franchise Before They Made Everything All Futuristic And I Really Don't Find It Appealing. I Believe Everything Started Going Downhill From Black Ops 2. I Did Not Like The Weapons Nor Did I Like The Multiplayer. Same With Ghost But I Only Like The Ripper, MTAR-X, etc. So That Concludes What I Have To Say About "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare"

who buys cod for the story? 30 days on multiplayer or 30 days on story haha cod is terrible now. I know from experience

This game doesn't appeal to me at all, I really don't see or understand why there is so much hype for this game other than the title...CoD

I'm really hoping that the storyline is good. I thought it was cool that they talked to people like military advisors, Delta force operators, and Navy Seals to get info to help make the storyline better, hopefully it will help the storyline.

Didn't sound that interesting to me. I prefer older war games, like WaWs storyline.

Really awesome looking game IMO. I really like games that are different then the others. This game is like 40 years in the future from now!
