CoD: Advanced Warfare Search and Rescue & Kill Confirmed are returning

Michael Condrey has tweeted out confirming that Kill Confirmed is back as well.

Here’s the full list of modes we know so far:

Team Deathmatch
Kill Confirmed
Domination
Team Domination
Search & Destroy
Search & Rescue
Capture The Flag
Hardpoint
Uplink
Momentum

Advanced Warfare multiplayer will feature 12 game modes on Day 1. Some of the fan favorites have been announced to be returning, including TDM, Domination, Search & Destroy, Hardpoint, and Capture The Flag, with new modes like Momentum and Uplink.

Michael Condrey has confirmed today that Search and Rescue mode will also be returning in Advanced Warfare. Search & Rescue was introduced by Infinity Ward in Call of Duty: Ghosts as a take on Search and Destroy.


A take on Search & Destroy, but rather than having a single life per round, in Search & Rescue your team can revive you. When you die, your player drops a dog tag. If your teammate collects the tag, then you can be revived. If the enemy gets to it first, then you’re out for that round.

Never liked kill confirmed much but I liked most of the other gamemodes.

Miss Kill Confirmed is so terrible, everyone just camps. But than again, that's CoD. Search is the only good game mode left.

I'm happy that Search and Rescue and Kill Confirmed are returning, Kill Confirmed is one of my favorite gamemodes. I hope they also bring back Demolition and Reinforce.

I really am gonna go mad if there isnt a Demolition game mode. Thats the reason why I didnt place ghosts.

Kill confirmed is easily one of my favorites, like Ortho said great for leveling

I used to plant a tactical insertion in a building or corner, move into the open a bit and get sniped or something. Then pick up my tags and it gave me a good amount of points.

Anyway I like this game mode it is fun :)
