Which console would survive a 15 ft drop, Xbox One or PS4?

The age old question of which is better, PS4 or Xbox One. This time, the tests have nothing to do with the internal components.

As part of Wire’s Battle Damage, the team attempts to drop both the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One from varying heights to see which one is the sturdiest, and the loser gets the chainsaw treatment.

At first they drop both consoles from a 5 ft height, then they drop them from 15 ft. I won’t spoil the end result here, so give it a watch.

Forget the power disparity between the two consoles, this is what you should be fighting over.

I thought that the xbox would win as I droped my xbox one last month and that was about 7ft high but the ps4 still done good but its not like someone is going to drop it from 15ft anyway.

If you're dumb enough to allow your console to be dropped then you shouldn't have one anyway.

I'm a PS4 fanboy? Too bad I'm still playing on an Xbox 360 and I don't have a new gen console. What the hell has this site come to when I can't share my opinion without being called a console "fanboy". Dear God.

The second drop should be redone, the consoles weren't dropped on the same spot. Im not a PS4 fan but it should be redone.

A lot of these things are pretty much done for general entertainment purposes and to fulfill viewers curiosity. Sure, the concept may seem pointless in practice but hey the most of us watched the video and enjoyed it for the most part

Dear god.

Off that though. I personally found this quite entertaining to watch, i wasn't really surprised that the Xbox came out on top due to the PS4's sleek design. Vsauce really does come out with some good videos
