RIAA What happens to a spam bot account? does it get a 9999 ban? communications ban? actually delete them (something MS rarely ever does)

Most likely only a Communications ban only.

Tet Spam on Xbox? how is this news? :D

If you're on xbox one you would understand that the message spam is getting unreal with links to malware sites etc.

Aside from the excitement of you Quoting me,

I'm surprised Microsoft hasn't applied filters to messages so you can't post obvious malware.

Well it seems that someone is able to sign up accounts in bulk and just send out 1000s of messages with urls the urls seem to change each week.

I don't think MS can do much apart from add a capture to the website or add a slowdown to hacked Android apps

Quoting me 2s, TTG Life = Complete.

Aside from that, a simple Cooldown for messages would fix that, as for the sites, MS could build up the list and block them. While they will always be a set behind, it would ensure those sites do not get spammed again.

However, the best solution would be block incoming Account Sign Ups with multiple entries of the same-ish email provider, so that if a Program allowed you to sign up only using their fake emails, it would filter these accounts based on the amount of people signing up with that email, Or even put them in a queue time to create the account. Limiting Spam.
