Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Beta and DLC coming First to PlayStation

Activision and PlayStation have just announced that they’ve reached an agreement to bring all Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 downloadable content first to the PlayStation platform. This is the first time in Call of Duty history that PlayStation gamers will get access to the DLC first.

The upcoming Black Ops 3 Beta is also coming first to PlayStation.

What I want to know is: who approached who with this idea. Sony must have had a good enough offer to convince Activision to ditch Microsoft.

Easily. They had the Xbox One originally include the always online feature and it was $100 more than the PS4 on day one of release because of the Kinect many people did not want. More people shifted towards the PS4 now and Activision are siding with the company with the potential of more profit, this time being Sony.
