A September 29 release date for the PS4 and Xbox One versions of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 has been confirmed via Hawk’s Twitter, though last-gen players will have to wait a little longer to get their fix of sick lip tricks.

Finally an unrealistic Tony Hawk game. Back to grinding on power lines and natas spinning on fire hydrants. Glad they've realized that this motion control bullshit with the fake skateboard didn't sell. So pumped for this! Played the living hell out of all the old Tony Hawk games.
