Black Ops 3 Beta Level Cap is currently 28

The Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 currently has a level cap of 28. Players can rank up with XP earned from matches and more. There are specialists that can only be unlocked past level 28, so the level cap may change as the beta progresses.

The beta will start on August 19 for PlayStation 4 and on August 26 for Xbox One and PC, but in the meanwhile you can check the video out below.

They didnt specifically say it but they did mention a level cap. Plus its just a beta dont want you maxing out on a a beta then losing it all.

The level you get in the beta doesn't carry over to the actual game anyway...
