Black Ops 3 stats will not transfer between last-gen and current-gen

David Vonderhaar has stated on Twitter that Black Ops 3 stats will not transfer between last-gen platforms (PS3/Xbox 360) and current-gen platforms (PS4/Xbox One).

For players that plan on buying Black Ops 3 for last-gen, your stats will not be available when or if you decide to upgrade to a current-gen platform. For both Call of Duty: Ghosts and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Activision allowed players to have their multiplayer stats available for use within the same console family (i.e: stats transferred from PS3 to PS4, Xbox 360 to Xbox One). It looks like Black Ops 3 will not support that ability.

Activision has also not yet announced any plans regarding the possibility of upgrade programs from last-gen to current-gen.

Right, there wasn't any good from AW, the only thing I liked from AW was the supply drop system.

Nothing will stop mods getting onto current gen. All it takes is a little time.

2277 Not like this is a surprise. All this would allow is people to do recoveries on last gen and bring them (unlock all ect) to current gen. Which would take the fun out of the game


for some people ranking up is not fun.. i do not enjoy it... i like having everything and just being able to play.. so i dont have to grind and get 1 gay camo or something like that..

i dont understand why people have a problem with other people getting max prestige lol


If you don't like the ENTIRE IDEA of what the multiplayer is about, then why play it?
If you don't enjoy it, don't play it.

Besides, there is league play. So there is no need to get into a hacked lobby that will get you banned anyways.


People that get modded prestiges and Unlock alls are not really at an advantage. Most of those people don't even play competatively and when they do they play legit. The only people who mess the game up is people with infections or Derankers.
