Xbox 360 system update adds 2GB of cloud storage

4.6
The Xbox 360 received a system update today, and it contains features which have been in Preview such as 2GB Cloud Storage.

This is great news for those with an Xbox One who wish to play backwards compatible games on their system in November. It will be much easier to access game saves and acquired DLC.

Along with 2GB of Cloud Storage being made available, users can now redeem Xbox Live Marketplace codes from messages, and user’s Microsoft account balance will be shown when looking at game details or browsing the marketplace.

Accept Terms of Use has also been added, which means Xbox 360 users can log their console into a network requiring Terms of Use acceptance. So, if for example you have checked into a hotel, or in the hospital for reason, you can log into the the area network. Users will need to have latest update of Internet Explorer installed first.

An activity feed is now available along with the ability to see what friends are playing on Windows 10 or Xbox One.

Movie and TV collections from Microsoft Movies & TV and music in Groove Music can now be accessed.

DeluxeHazard So we get 2GB of cloud storage for free? This is nice for XBL Arcade games that will be forward compatible.

I think the 2gb is awesome ! especially for those 4gb users. Idk how they live.

2GB wont get you that far depending how much you got, maybe they'll increase it in the future

2GB isn't much for games nowadays? Will hardly store DLC.
