New Halo 5 trailer shows that Master Chief is being hunted

The death of Master Chief is Halo 5: Guardians’ official story. The real story however is the one we’ll be playing.

Microsoft has released another live-action trailer for Halo 5: Guardians. The new trailer follows on from the one released last week and explains that the death of Master Chief is only what the UNSC is telling the public.

The unofficial story however is that they sent Locke and Fireteam Osiris after him. This dynamic is on display throughout and the trailer maintains the same high quality bar we’ve come to expect the series to produce.

He's just finishing what he started! Hopefully they don't kill him. Killing master chief will by far damage the Halo franchise!

I just realized that this kind of reminds me of the Bourne movies. A military "weapon" starts asking questions about his past and goes on his own. The government then wants to destroy the "weapon" since it is faulty and not listening to them. I am curious how exactly got Blue Team back together. Did they start questioning things as well? I am really liking this story, so I hope it doesn't disappoint.

As of right now I don't think Spartan Locke is cool, but.. I don't know I hope it goes into in-depth explanation on the Chief being hunted and all that good stuff.
