Black Ops 3 beats out Fallout 4 for most anticipated multi-platform game

The Nielsen insight group, better known for their TV ratings and viewership service, made their predictions for which games will be topping the charts this holiday using “overall anticipation levels”.

The data was collected by surveying over 4,800 gamers between August 24 and September 9 with ages ranging from 7 to 54.

Black Ops 3 is topping the multi-platform charts, just ahead of Fallout 4 and Assassin’s Creed Syndicate.

The Xbox One crowd are pretty psyched for Halo 5: Guardians, which has a 100% anticipation level, while the PS4 players are mustering up some enthusiasm for the Nathan Drake Collection with a 79% anticipation level.

Corpse Party: Blood Drive is leading on the PS Vita, and Dragon BallZ: Extreme Butoden rounds out the handhelds on 3DS.

It’s worth noting that only the titles that scored 70% or over were included in the chart.

I enjoy both games but I've seen fallout spoken about more often , don't get me wrong bo3 has alot as well but i wouldn't have expected it

Zombr I have a feeling money and Activision had something to do with this. CoD is pretty much an annual game, as oppose to Fallout which is every 4 years.


And though it is a yearly game, Call of Duty Black Ops 3 was made by Treyarch, which has been 3 years ago. This is huge to competitive players because I do play competitive with friends, and some of my friends play competitions. And Black Ops 2 (which I agree) was the best call of duty in the past years. So two bad cods in order has ruined the hopes for cod, so blops 3 is bringing back many players to the game.

Oh yea I can't wait for Black Ops 3 and Fallout 4 (me I want Fallout 4 so much more though).

But, 4,800 out of probably more than 100 million people are going to buy either Black Ops 3 or Fallout 4.

SO the percentage of people they interviewed...SO MINUSCULE THAT IT DOESN'T MAKE BLACK OPS 3 MORE ANTICIPATED.

Horseshit, I smell some bullshittery going on. Fallout 4 broke twitter, IGN and the Bethesda website because it was so big. The only thing COD has broken is my heart.

JRMH I'm a former MASSIVE cod fanboy, but seriously? BO3 beta was straight trash, regardless of what anyone says. FO4 is gonna be significantly better...
