Xbox One backwards compatibility list to be revealed November 9

Hold onto your britches, Xbox 360 fans. There’s a big list of games coming to Xbox One.

Microsoft will reveal the full list of Xbox 360 games playable on the Xbox One on November 9.We already know that 100 games will be compatible, both first- and third-party. Microsoft is encouraging players to badger publishers of their favourite 360 games if they’re not already announced for the Xbox One.

Microsoft’s own Aaron Greenberg reckons that there’s “tens of millions” of 360 fans waiting to get an Xbox One, and backwards compatibility is one of the things that going to push them to upgrade.

Sorry guys and gals the honest truth is. there will be no cod on the list. Its just not profitable for activision and m$ is not going to pay them for that. Not to mention actision in now in partnership with playstation/sony. Theres just NO WAY we are getting cod. unless m$ pays up witch would surprise me and the rest of the cummunity im sure. they already pointed fingers at activision when someone asked them about it. plus they want us to buy bo3 there not1 logical reason for a business stand point to alway cod one xbox one. think about it.I would love some mw2.

Honestly, I'm tired of people asking for Call of Duty to be in the list. Its not.

Everyone needs to get over it. Activision is not going to give up the cash-cow that is "remastered editions"

And to add, why would you want 720p 30fps games from 5+ years ago.


Have you seen the list yet? No so you cant make any claims saying a certain game is on the list.


The last new's we had they said that Activision hasn't given them the go ahead which means it's more than likely not on the list.

It's not about playing games because of their resolution or FPS. It's about playing games that a person enjoys. If you play it for the resolution and FPS, I feel ashamed for you.
If you enjoy old games, you'll want to go back and play them. They don't have to look amazing to be amazing.

Unfortunately everyone who wants call of duty on the list won't be getting it. Microsoft already asked Activision for permission to bring back the Call of Duty games and they said no! :(
