List of first 104 Xbox One backwards-compatible Xbox 360 games posted

Microsoft’s opened up on the Xbox 360 games you’ll be able to play on Xbox One.

Major Nelson’s published a list of the first 104 Xbox 360 games to be made playable on Xbox One.

If you don’t see your favorite Xbox 360 game on the list, you can visit Microsoft’s Xbox Feedback website and vote on an existing nomination or submit your own.

All Xbox 360 games available through Games with Gold after November 12 will be playable on Xbox One.

Well now that Fallout 4 is giving a copy of Fallout 3 for xbox 360 you could then technically play both games on the xbox one because of backwards compatability.

MS said one of the reasons for BC was that the 'public' has spent alot of money on buying games that MS does not want the 'public' to lose.

i find it hard to believe that alot of these games were big sellers and being played so much that MS warrants an emulation.

this is nothing more than a marketing ploy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PTH For everyone who's asking where the Call of Duty games are, you have to remember that Activision has a exclusivity deal with Sony. Therefore, had we gotten the older CODs for the One, most likely they would have to also bring them to PS4, to not play favorites. Seeing how PS4s can't handle backwards compatibility (words of Shuhei Yoshida himself), I doubt they would bring them to next gen. Not saying that it won't happen, just stating that it is unlikely while Activision and Sony are in cahoots. Who knows though, maybe they have something secret planned for the future. You know how much they enjoy milking for money.
