New device lets you use Xbox Elite controller with a PS4

The expensive, customisable, and sleek-looking Xbox Elite controller, can now be used on PlayStation 4 – if you’re willing to buy a third-party device.

If you’ve ever looked into using Xbox controllers on PlayStation consoles, then you should already know there are some devices out there that’ll do the job.

CronusMAX PLUS is one such device. Made by CronusMax, this small USB dongle allows you to use any controller on PlayStation 4, and thanks to a new firmware update, the Xbox Elite controller is now supported.

Here’s a video showing the device in action. This device also works if you want to use a DualShock 4 on Xbox One.

They probably had these for other consoles and older consoles too, it's nice to see that they are continuing support, especially for something as awesome as the Xbox Elite controller.

From what i have read about this device, sure it may work great for me who is used the xbox one controller since its realease and bought a ps4 to play with my brother amd can not get used to the dualshock 4 controller to save my life. But you have to look at the fact that using this device makes all mics that plug into the controller useless. I have a pair of a50s for my xbox and a pair of cheapo trittons for ps4. If i got this device yes ill feel more at home on my ps4, but wont be able to ise my ps4 for the reason i bought it, talking to my brother who is 3 countries away from me.

Cronusmax is still quite buggy. I would avoid it buying it right now. Go watch some reviews and you will see people get disconnects from the controller connection every 7 minutes.

deffinetly won't happen maybe ever or if a emulator ever comes out but that will take years
