New Xbox One backward compatibility games announced

Microsoft has added 10 Xbox 360 titles to the Xbox One backward compatibility list. In addition to this, they are changing the release schedule for titles in the future.

Instead of releasing games monthly, they will start releasing titles as they become available. This means games will become available faster.

On top of this, Xbox One and Xbox 360 owners can download The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings for free on Xbox.com anytime between now and February 5th.

Here's the list of titles that were made available today:

  • Aegis Wing
  • Age of Booty
  • Counter-Strike: GO
  • Jeremy McGrath’s Offroad
  • Sam & Max Save the World
  • Skullgirls
  • Small Arms
  • Soulcalibur
  • Space Giraffe
  • The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings

Try the trial first. It plays at a disgusting looking 30 fps. You'd have to test it on 360 though, I don't know if u can get game trials for 360 on Xbox one.

Confederation Wish they would just hurry up and add MW2. Without adding CODs, Backwards Compatibility seems pretty useless to me.

can you link them saying that because i can't remember that happening.


If you went to the xbox website where it shows backwards compatible games, in November/December there was a coming soon section that had all the bioshocks, skate 3, BO1, and a few others. I believe they removed it since then.

Its still there, towards the middle of the page. No guaranteed dates on them though.


They updated it to that. It was first listed as "more tittle coming December. Now they have these other dum games and we still have no halo wars or black ops 1 this is ridicules who cares about these smaller tittles.
