New Xbox One backward compatibility games announced

Microsoft has added 10 Xbox 360 titles to the Xbox One backward compatibility list. In addition to this, they are changing the release schedule for titles in the future.

Instead of releasing games monthly, they will start releasing titles as they become available. This means games will become available faster.

On top of this, Xbox One and Xbox 360 owners can download The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings for free on Xbox.com anytime between now and February 5th.

Here's the list of titles that were made available today:

  • Aegis Wing
  • Age of Booty
  • Counter-Strike: GO
  • Jeremy McGrath’s Offroad
  • Sam & Max Save the World
  • Skullgirls
  • Small Arms
  • Soulcalibur
  • Space Giraffe
  • The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings

I honestly hope they release MW2 on the the XB1.

OXT Because MICROSOFT makes money off Microsoft's games. That's why Microsoft is releasing THEIR games.


Umm.. That isn't quite the case. Most of the time people own these games, or buy them second hand from game stores. So MS isn't making money of games people already own or buy second hand.


Most of the games are so bad I can't believe that people actually bought them.

Because the sales of the new cods will decrease apparently.
Although, I believe the release of the old cods would increase sales for the console
