Xbox Live Issues Preventing Games From Being Played, Downloaded

4.4
If you are having trouble starting games or movies on Xbox One, you’re not alone. Microsoft has confirmed that the Xbox Live service is experiencing issues.

The problem isn’t restricted to the console platform. The publishers says that Xbox on other platforms (such as Windows 10) are affected.

Update: Xbox Live is getting worse, not better. In addition to the content problems reported earlier, now users are having issues signing into the service.

VynlElite123 Playstation Plus is also $60 a year, not to mention PSN has just as much downtime as Xbox Live. If you are going to switch to any platform, switch to PC where you can play games without a subscription, yes steam has its problems a few times a year but you can still play your games in offline mode. Not to mention that there are platforms other than steam to use, like Origin or the dreaded UPlay.

thats a fair point but not willing to spend 1k on a decent computer to run games. im just saying for a over a billion dollar corp. they would be able to keep things running.

Cannot switch if you cannot run most of the games on steam. If I could I would've already switched.

Um. You can get a decent computer for $400-$500 if you build your own.

VynlElite123 xbox is down at least 3 to 4 times a month lately.... at this point im debaiting to sell my xbox one and go to ps4 this is ridiculous $369 and $60 a year for live starting not to feel worth it. was just in the middle of taming a quetz on Ark Survival and it kicks me off telling me i dont own the game,

Down 3-4 times a month? Huh? If anything, PS4 has much more down time than the Xbox One has. All consoles experience some lag. Its normal. It doesnt hurt to not play Xbox for an hour or two. Nothing worth selling your Xbox imo.

still not worth 60 a year. same problems every month. these problems should have to be refixed every month if they were fixed properly

to join this debate..honestly PS4 does have more downtimes than Xbox one.. sad how xbox gets 2 downtimes back to back and everyone flips brick S**t!! chill out dudes! do something else to keep you busy while the xbox team is fixing it! you got millions and millions of people playing daily!! I played PS4 the other day and it was nothing but lagggggsation!! xbox has way better network than PS4!
