Xbox head says he is 'very sorry' for the continued Xbox Live issues

As the Xbox platform continues to struggle in some areas the head of Xbox Phil Spencer has tweeted out mentioning he is “Sorry for the current issues” the platform is facing. Most issues are related to Digital purchasing and accessing any previous digital purchases.

In addition Major Nelson and Aceybongos have also been active on twitter as it appears the Xbox executives and marketing teams are attempting to be more open and stem the damage this latest outage is having with the platform. In fact its the 8th time theres been a failure in 8 weeks. Perhaps the PSN isn’t as bad as we all imagined.

I doubt they will even consider this, something similar happened before and all they gave was an apology. I doubt anything will change. But still sucks that this has been happening so often

Trouble with playing these games has to be fixed. Online Games and Pokemon Games didnt have problems of this sort.
