At the final fairness hearing held on May 4, 2015, the district court granted final approval of the settlement. The district court’s Judgement was entered on May 6, 2015. Pro Xbox are having a lot of problems at the minute, playstation look a lot better!

Xbox: Goes down a bit.
Playstation: Gets hacked, people steal Credit Card+personal information and, as mentioned by the news article, has lead to multiple cases of identifty theft.

"Gee! Xbox is really bad these days. Guess I'll move to PlayStation where nothing bad happens?!?!?!"

I'm confused, I thought they all ready sent all these games out a long time ago. I got my free games, free PSN, and theme way back in 2011/2012 and it was the same exact games listed here.

Did they send out another email for those who had an account during the time of the breach?

Hope I get an email. Would really love to play some LittleBigPlanet right now.

Pint Companies should be doing a little more to prevent these attacks

Well Sony isn't that good when it comes to security so there's not a lot else they can offer. Free games are nice but majority of these I've never heard of. I also wonder how many people actually filled out a claim form.
