Hackers are continuing to fight Sony. The latest evidence of this is 'PS3MFW' which according to the team allows users to tailor the PS3's firmware to their needs. The code is reportedly open source and the team claims that a lot of work went into the project over the past five weeks.

More bad news for video game developers and publishers. According to the folks over at Destructoid, reports are coming in that a pre-release version Killzone 3 has surfaced on torrent sites nearly 10 days before its intended released date. Coming just a day after the leak of Crytek's Crysis 2, the European build of Sony's Killzone 3 has apparently been made available on a handful of P2P sites. ...read more

With its official reveal comes official specs. According to Sony Ericsson, the Xperia Play (aka "PlayStation Phone") includes a 1GHz Snapdragon processor with an embedded Adreno GPU graphics processor to enable "smooth 60fps" mobile gaming.
