IW finally admit MW2 and COD4 have been hacked, but... say its still not their problem its more to do with Sony as its their machine that has had its security breached and cannot fix it until Sony sort it out. Doh! Sony has published the PS3 hack keys as 'evidence' in a legal document against Geohot in its lawsuit. The slip comes on page 247 of the 'Document 4' pertaining to the respective case.

Strange! According to third party reports, court filings reveal that Sony tried to send Geohot $1 to prove that the hacker was taking donations. However, Geohot himself never requested any donations. For those asking why Sony might do this? Well, if Geohot was hacking for profit, then it opens up a new avenue to strengthen their case against him.

Building upon the exploits of the fail0verflow hacking troupe, a tinkerer known as "KaKaRoToKS" has got the first "custom firmware" (CFW) running on PS3. Speaking to the BBC, PS3 hacker Geohot has revealed that he has a fear of being hit by a lawsuit from Sony over his PS3 hack exploits. To quote - "I''m scared of being hit with a lawsuit."
