Achievement: Waste Management
Description: Purchase the old dock and collect all nuclear waste.

You must first complete "The Merryweather Heist", and purchase the Sonar Collections Dock, in order to unlock the Nuclear Waste Barrels. You can find the dock on your phone as an application, which is called "Traficky", and helps you reach the nearest barrel. Also, you might want to consider finding these as each one you collect earns you $23,000. Which can be a good amount of money, especially early in the game.

Collection:
First you enter your submarine, and your phone application, 'Traficky', will indicate any nearby Nuclear Waste Barrels. Also, make sure that you avoid missing any barrels as best you can, as they are small in size and can be easily missed.

Basically, collect all barrels at their locations, and you will unlock the achievement.
