Across from your house as Franklin, you meet an old friend. She tells you that her boyfriend is now a crack addict and needs help doing his job. She directs you to his tow truck in a repo yard.

By using the (L) Thumb Stick you can lower & raise the tow cable, from there you must follow the directions to the car. Once you back it up to the front of the car then you can drive back to the yard, once you arrive in the yard you must back the car onto the highlighted spot.

This then unlocks more Missions.
