Go up and meet Beverly, a small cutscene will play and Miranda Cawon (a famous celebrity) will appear in a limo. Get on the bike with Beverly and ride along the limo so he can get pictures of her. Use your Focus ability when you are along side the car to make sure he doesn't mess up his shots. Do this four times and the limo will begin to speed off. Stay close to the limo and another pair of paparazzi will come up and begin taking photos of Miranda. Beverly doesn't want the rival paparazzi to use those photos and ask that you get close enough to knock him off his bike. Ride along side the other bike and Beverly will knock him off, when you are done Beverly will ask you to drop him off at a certain destination and the mission is complete.
