This is the third and final step in Franklin's Grass Roots adventure.

This mission doesn't appear straight after completing the stash recoveries, so keep playing until Barry's icon reappears on your map. It's located in front of City Hall, where Barry told you he was planning to stage his protest.

Head to the icon and you'll see... Nothing. It appears nobody else has shown up for the smoke in. Franklin will call Barry, who says he was busy and "didn't forget" - from the sound of his voice, it would appear he was too stoned to remember.

You will not receive a Mission Complete screen for this, but it will be listed as your most recently completed mission in saves and autosaves.
