Head towards the small green circle labelled "Photo Opportunity" in Downtown Vinewood. Once in the area, Franklin will call Beverly who tells him about an actress currently involved in a police chase nearby.

Head towards the blue blip on the radar and you will run right into the chase. Follow as closely as you can as the drunk actress drives like a maniac. After about a minute or so of chasing her, she crashes into a tree and is cornered by the police (who recognize her of course).

Pull up your phone, snap a picture of her getting arrested, send it to Beverly and then hightail it out of there. After moving far enough away, Beverly will call Franklin and the mission will be over.

Tip: A motorcycle is preferable to a car during this mission because of its speed and manueverability. Just be careful and try not to crash. Also, allow Franklin time to put on his helmet before you begin driving. Any crashes will cause less damage if he's wearing his helmet.
