Head towards the small green circle labelled "Photo Opportunity" near Mirror Park. Once in the area, Franklin will automatically call Beverly, who will have Franklin meet up with his contact. Follow the GPS to Beverly's contact, who tells you the princess and her cadre of bodyguards are behind the buildings. Head slightly past Chico's Hypermarket to a fenced in area and you will see a blue dumpster. Climb up the dumpster to the roof and make your way over to the blue dot. Try not to fall off the roof.

The princess will be blabbering on about random things to the dealer, so listen and enjoy her pompous remarks. Eventually the dealer will provide her with a package of drugs. Pull up your cell phone camera, snap a picture with both the princess and the drugs visible, send the photos to Beverly, then get out of there. Beverly will call you when you've gotten far enough away.

Note: If security spots you, you'll have to take them out. They're pretty well-armed, so try to remain stealthy to complete the mission easily.
