First of all, get a four man crew with voice and the Fast Hands Skill Aced (Ghost, T2).

Then Start the Rat Job, preferably with a low Cops Rating. On Day 1 just blow up the Meth Lap and run back to the Van. On Day 2 just search for the Safe and run back to Van.

On Day 3, the Bus Stop, everyone should stay at two opened Money suitcase and the Bus Windows should be destroyed. One should stay near the Bus exit, then count down to three and then everyone pick up two Bags and throw it out the Window and run out of the Bus.

This maybe take you a a couple of attempts, but its not that hard ;)

This seems like a pretty challenging achievement. I'll be sure to go for it
