In order to visit North Yankton, you'll need a friend to help you out. First you need to go into GTA 5's story campaign and replay the prologue mission that takes place in North Yankton.

Once you've got to the point where you've exited the bank, you'll need a friend to invite you to their online session.

Once you're in the game, get a plane or helicopter and fly to the bottom right corner of the map and you will find North Yankton.

For your friend to get to North Yankton he will have to go through all the steps that you went through.
