If you want to unlock this achievement, you can do it on the "association" mode or in "my career" with your player, if he was selected .
The listed dunks under, are easy to do and give lot of points, so you need some chance and a minimum skill

-Then in the contest, for the first dunk choose in "Trought the legs", the catch air 360.
-For your second one, take in "360s", the under both legs.
-And for your third , make in the "props" style, the tap under and fly over

Now with some chance you'll win the contest and the achievement.
