CQC Hold up an enemy
This is a Metal Gear Solid 3 achievement.
To Hold up an enemy, get right next to his back and point your weapon on first person view. Snake should say Freeze!. After that, with your weapon still pointed, move in front of him and aim it to his head or crotch until he starts shaking his hips
