Beat two defenders with One-Touch dekes before scoring a goal with the same player

This achievement sounds tricky but it really isn't. I recommend you play on Rookie and adjust all the sliders in your favor. Now once you get into the offensive zone, skate around doing one-touch dekes ( + any diagonal direction on the ) until you are confident you beat 2 defenders (doesn't have to be with the same deke) and then try to score. Within a couple tries you should have it.
