Achieve a camouflage index of 100%
This is a Metal Gear Solid 3 achievement.
To get a 100% camo index, you need the Moss Camo which is dropped by The End. During the boss battle against him, you need to track him down and hold him up (point the gun to his back before he sees you). When hes held up, he will resist a little bit before dropping the Moss Camo. Grab the camo, finish him off and equip it right away. It can get you up to 100% camouflage index if you also equip the leaf Face Paint and go prone on a dark green terrain.

As long as you don't suck I cannot see this being a problem at all. It isn't too hard, just camo index of 100% after all.
