Develop a city to produce 200 science per turn.

Build a City that is well surrounded by water, (6+ tiles would be best), and fully develop it (Library and University is needed). Use a Great Personality that boosts Research and put your City on Technology. You should be able to get it somewhere around City Level 25. Or if you done the Achievement below just use the same city, (making sure said city has Market and Bank), and change to Gold Production.

I didn't really have too much trouble getting this. I have always tried to build my cities around science so producing 200 per turn came quite naturally in my case
