There are 2 Guides in here Manual and 1 Click Look for the headings to tell which one is which.

Only use this on a Unlocked Andriod Phone on 2.3.4!!

You must have your phone in De-Bugger mode and in fastboot mode you can get to fastboot mode by holding volume up and power button at the same time.

Disclaimer:
I am not responsible if anything happens to your phone.

If the files you have downloaded are not on the root of you C drive i advise you to put them there!

Ok so lets get started:

Note: Make sure you have you phone in debug mode and unlocked before you start this.

Manual:
Step 1: go to start/run and type cmd in and press enter.

Step 2: type cd \NexusRoot

Step 3: Type in fastboot-windows.exe flash recovery recovery-clockwork-3.0.2.4-crespo.img and press enter

Step 4: after that has finished type fastboot-windows.exe flash boot rootboot.img and press enter

Step 5: once that is done use the volume button to go up and down and go to recovery.

Step 6: Once in recovery go to Mounts and storange using the volume buttons then press the power button to execute.

Step 7: Scroll to the bottom and execute Mount USB Storage.

Step 8: On your PC open you phone as a storage device and drag and drop the se-2.3.6.1-ef-signed.zip into the root of it and close it.

Step 9: after you have done that click Unmount then execute Mount /sdcard and Mount /system

Step 10: After you have mounter them 2 scroll down and execute go back, now execute install xip from sd card.

Step 11: now choose zip from sdcard and and choose se-2.3.6.1-ef-signed.zip, wait for it to install.

Step 12: Enjoy your new rooted Phone!

One Click:
Step 1: Drag and drop the folder you downloaded to your desktop.

Step 2: open it up and double click on install.bat.

Step 3: wait for it to say finished click any button.

Step 4: once that is done use the volume button to go up and down and go to recovery.

Step 5: Once in recovery go to Mounts and storange using the volume buttons then press the power button to execute.

Step 6: Scroll to the bottom and execute Mount USB Storage.

This is dumb. Get PDANet fastboot drivers, open up adb.exe from android SDK and type "fastboot oem unlock" now get a unsecure boot.img type fastboot boot unsecure boot.img.
get su binary
Then use adb push su /system/xbin
Then adb push superSU /system/app
