So the requirements for this is listed below:

1.) A Computer.
2.) A Flash Drive/USB
3.) Either A Xbox 360, or PS3. *They both work*
4.) A Brain.

Here are the steps:

1.) First off, go into your Ps3/Xbox 360 and get your Black Ops 1 Saved Profile.
2.) Next Copy it and paste it into your Flash Drive/USB.
3.) Eject your Flash Drive/USB and put it into your computer.
4.) Go to google and search "RedEye-x32 GameSave Editor" and download it.
5.) Open it.
6.) Click on file and search for your saved profile.
7.) Edit anything you want on it,
8.) Enter your Flash Drive/USB and paste it into your current profile.
9.) Load up Black Ops 1 and Enjoy!
