In your characters talent window, where you will allocate your talent points, you will notice that the large diamonds represent new abilities that your class can learn. Next to some of these new talents and spells, you will find smaller diamonds which indicate certain upgrades to these abilities. These upgrades will have level requirements, but simply select one of the eligible upgrades and the achievement will unlock.
