First you will need a friends account that has the map pack ( he has to have bought it)
Next, recover his account onto your xbox 360
Next, sign in as him on Xbox.com then go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and sign in as him.
make sure your signed into LIVE on your xbox with his account, follow the steps on the DRM tool and you will be disconnected from LIVE
Sign back in, go to Download History under Account Management, and pick from whatever he downloaded, and download again to your hard drive
